Meet Brea Bellinger
The woman behind the creation and operation of Herbal Journey
Brea created Herbal Journey in 2024 in an effort to bring health and wellness into the community by sharing 100% organic and ethically sourced plants. Her own journey with health complications pushed her into the world of holistic health and has been the center of her life since. She was diagnosed with insulin resistance back in 2021, and was encouraged to follow western medicine but after some time, she started seeking more holistic and natural options. After much research, she started incorporating different teas and herbs into her daily life and started to see the results of what plants can do for our bodies! After less than 2 years of focusing on herbal medicine and whole foods, she completely reversed her insulin resistance. These results made her want to expand her knowledge and experience and so she completed several courses in Herbalism through the Florida School of Holistic Living. This experience is where she discovered her true love, passion, and fascination for tea making and wanted to share it with the world around her. This is how Herbal Journey was born. Brea now travels all over Florida with her mobile herbal tea cart, serving her unique, fresh brewed, and packaged herbal teas to the community. She is committed to continuing to expand her knowledge and experience with plants in order to help others on their own herbal journey.
