The owner and operator, Brea Bellinger created Herbal Journey after diving into her own health after she was diagnosed with insulin resistance in 2021. This led her to explore a more holistic and natural approach to her health and life. She continues to seek answers and an understanding on how plants can impact and improve our overall well-being.
